Director: Nándor Lőrincz, Bálint Nagy

In a world portrayed by the media, a world where image is important and ‘man falls asleep at his laptop‘ is news, it is a great relief to see something actually relevant. Link bait is the worst offender in this clicks-based game of cat and mouse or rather ‘OMG Must See! You won’t believe what this cat did to this mouse, the mouses reaction is unbelievable’. Fuck you internet.

Hypocritical media rant aside I honestly didn’t know one could edit video to that extent, photos yes obviously, but this is just, less obvious. I had my suspicions when watching certain pop videos but put it down to make-up and lighting. Although Boggie is made to look as bad as possible at the start of the video wearing zero make-up and with terrible lighting, that is not the point. It’s astounding how realistic the results are, is this what James Cameron went through on Avatar? Feels like it! Bravo to Nándor Lőrincz and Bálint Nagy for showing us just how misled we were, and Boggie for the courage to show us.
